Shot with professional stabilization and edited in crisp 4K, this package includes optional agent intro/outro for a personal touch. You’ll receive both branded and unbranded versions, each with music overlays for maximum impact across platforms. This package is designed for mid-range to luxury listings where video is essential to capturing attention and building desire. It gives you the ability to stand out on MLS, YouTube, and social platforms with content that feels cinematic yet approachable.
Cancellation Policy
At Prime View Media, we understand that schedules can change, and we are committed to working with you to ensure the best experience for your property. However, please note our cancellation and rescheduling policy: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time. Service Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $45 service fee. This fee covers the time slot reserved for your property. Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance, you will not be charged any fees, and we will work with you to find a new time slot that fits your property’s needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.
